Hapa Grill and the Latitude Restaurant Group
Gene Kwon, owner of Mikado and Kampai in Park City as well as other restaurants in the Salt Lake City area, recently launched the Latitude Restaurant Group to further expand his growing empire of restaurants. The group has plans to open three new restaurants in the next year. Hapa Grill will be Kwon’s latest restaurant in the Park City area. Redrock Brewing Company
Wood-fired pizza and 30 styles of Redrock brand beer are only two of the categories on Redrock Brewing Company’s expansive menu. Aimed at locals’ budgets, the menu also includes steak, seafood, entrée salads and sandwiches, as well as homemade root beer and cream soda. Redstone Towne Center.
The Sleigh at Hotel Park City
American Continental cuisine gets a new twist under the hands of Executive Chef John Kotas at Hotel Park City’s new restaurant, The Sleigh and a bar, Bandanas.
