RULES & RESTRICTIONS:

    All participants must be over 21 years of age.  Participants can only register once per day and must register for each item contest separately - entering for this week's giveaway will not put you in the drawing for next week's drawing too.  Each contest item will be displayed online for roughly one week, though there may be occasions when an item is displayed for longer than that.  The registration window for each item will correspond to the period of time during which it is displayed.  At the conclusion of the giveaway contest, the item will be removed from the website and a winner selected at random.
     Items in our drawings may be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the donating person or organization offering them, and for which Park City Magazine cannot be held responsible.  Park City Magazine will, however, present as much information about the item as is provided to us.  Employees of Park City Magazine and their families are not allowed to enter the giveaway contest.  Winners will be notified via the contact information provided above and their name announced in a follow up email to all participants.  In the event that we are unable to reach the winner, or the winner does not respond to notifications within four weeks time, another winner will be selected.
     If you un-check the opt-out box below, Park City Magazine will not share your contact information with this week's contest sponsor.  We will, however, send out a follow up notification and will put you on the notification list for when a new contest item is posted.  However, you can unsubscribe to future postings at any time.  Thanks for participating.
