Oakley, Park City’s eastern neighbor, has always been a town you could drive through without noticing. But no longer. It has a fully restored 1939 diner, originally built for the New York World’s Fair. Its shiny interior reflects the burgers, fries and milkshakes served here. Its neon puts the town on the map.
