Julie Morgan

From the time she was a young woman, Julie Morgan believed she could comprehend the deepest emotions and hear the unspoken desires of various creatures. Through images she taps into telepathically, she has seen into the minds of countless animals as a pet psychic. Working in an official capacity for two years now, she has heard the entire gamut of thoughts from her furry and feathery clients.

Morgan explains that there are many reasons pet owners contact her to make house calls. Often, people are just curious about what their pets might have to say. Some people have pets with behavioral problems or an undiagnosed illness and want to get to the bottom of it. (Although Morgan can’t diagnose illness, she can relate how the pet is feeling and often that is a good clue for the pet owner or vet.) Some people bring their older animals to Morgan, seeking guidance on whether their beloved pet is ready to pass on. And occasionally, Morgan gets requests from people who want her to talk to animals that have crossed over.

Once in close proximity to an animal, Morgan allows herself to be pulled into the undertow of its emotions until she is sharing its feelings. Many visits with animals have made her laugh at their straightforward approach to relationships, while others have made her cry as she absorbs their heartbreaks or sense of loss.

According to Morgan, a creature’s thoughts are often so obvious it seems that all humans nearby should be in tune.

“There are moments when the animals’ emotions are so transparent, I wonder why everyone in the room is not aware of their thoughts,” she says. There are occasions when an animal is so eager to communicate, Morgan says it’s like a current of information that feels like a physical wave. “It’s as if the air gets fluid when they come to me, and it’s as if their information is intruding into my space,” she says.

There are also times when it’s more difficult to establish a line of communication. “Some animals are so used to the humans around them tuning them out that it’s harder to create a channel for their thoughts,” explains Morgan. Usually, Morgan is able to convince these creatures that she is ready to listen, and they are able to have a friendly chat. By the end of their time together, the animal is usually so relaxed, it settles into a cozy position for a nap.

Morgan believes everyone can be a pet psychic, but some people are more in tune than others. “Communications from animals are like quiet little voices that some people think they are imagining,” explains Morgan. She believes if more people tried to listen to their pets, they would have better relationships with them.

Morgan feels great conviction for her work because she is able to help humans and animals alike. Over the years, she has become philosophical about her pet encounters. “I believe that all animals have the ability to teach us, comfort us and help us in so many ways. If we are open to listening, then there is hope that we will learn whatever it is we need to learn from each other.”
