At Park City Yoga Studio, our goal is to offer a safe, supportive and non-competitive environment where students can learn to nourish, heal and integrate the body, mind and soul. By offering quality instruction, we help our students find a greater awareness of who they are by educating them in the fundamental ways in which they can rely upon themselves to create balance and harmony in their lives. We provide the student with a variety of options in a non-dogmatic, non-judgmental approach with the belief that yoga should be accessible to all people regardless of their experience or current fitness level.
