Print“Flower and Pine” Drink Wins Annual Park City Cocktail Contest
Deer Valley Grocery~Café produced the winning cocktail “Flower & Pine” in Park City’s annual spring Cocktail Contest. Flower & Pine beat submissions from 11 other local bartenders and mixologists, who together took part in the Park City Restaurant Association’s Spring Cocktail Contest, held at Cisero’s on Wednesday night.
Deer Valley Grocery~Café took home a $100 cash prize and a trophy. A panel of five judges, which included our own editor, Kristen Case, evaluated each drink based on its presentation, taste and appearance. Ticket sales for the event raised more than $700 for the People’s Health Clinic, a full-service health center for uninsured individuals and families in Utah’s Summit and Wasatch counties.
