| Ingredients: | 1 lb. Ground Pork 1/4 c. Green Cabbage 1 T. Chopped Green Onion 1/2 tsp. Grated Ginger 1/2 tsp. Chopped Garlic 1T. Soy Sauce 1T. Sesame Oil 1 Egg Pinch of Black Pepper 1 Package Gyoza Wrappers 3 T Oil |
| Preparation - Directions: | PORK GYOZA: Chop and blanch green cabbage in boiling water. Cool in ice bath. Squeeze excess water of the cabbage. Whisk egg, Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil together. Add the remaining ingredients together and mix well. Fry off a little piece to check the seasoning. Put 1 tsp. of filling for each gyoza wrapper and shape. Put oil and water in non stick pan. Add the gyoza flat side down and arrange so not touching. Cover. Uncover when the water has disappeared and let bottom part of the gyoza become golden brown. DIPPING SAUCE: ¼ c. Soy Sauce ¼ c. Rice Vinegar ½ tsp. Sambal Chili Sauce Salt Pepper Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. |
