One of Park City’s first Mexican restaurants, Baja Cantina is a hopping lunch and evening hangout right on the plaza at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Known for large portions and friendly service for the entire family—ask for the kids’ menu for little ones and for a sample from the vast and original selection of margaritas for adults. The fare is classic Mexican with a Park City twist: burritos are named for local ski runs, and there’s a quesadilla named for each resort in town. Try the T.J. Taxi, a large flour tortilla filled with chicken, sour cream, tomatoes, and onions and topped with Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses and guacamole.
