He says the town’s 150-year history is rich with the essential ingredients for paranormal encounters—mine tunnels, saloons, theaters, brothels, fires, avalanches, gunfights, gambling, murders ... all the juicy stuff that has a way of leaving earthly matters unresolved. Or as Hutchins puts it, “Park City was the biggest sin city between St. Louis and San Francisco.”
