Last Friday afternoon’s spring party hosted by Chin MacQuoid Fleming Harris Real Estate (deervalleyrealestate.com) at the Deer Crest cabin atop Jordanelle Gondola was a perfect way to spend a slightly snowy spring afternoon and kick off the weekend. The casual drop-by and say hi event was highlighted with tastings from the MacQoid/Chin’s Parallel Winery out of Napa and fabulous cheeses from Utah’s Beehive Cheese. While Mac poured Parallel’s just-out 2009 Chardonnay (a Burgundy-style chard made from 30-year old vines from the Russian River in Sonoma) and decanted the flavorful 2007 Cabernet, Doug Manifold from Beehive Cheese offered a delectable Posted at 10:51 AM | Permalink | Comments: 0 |
